Who we are
DropDeck (“DropDeck,” “we,” “us”) is operated by PNL Media, Greenville, SC. DropDeck is a tool for Pokémon TCG sealed-product flippers and investors — price/margin intelligence, restock and price alerts, a portfolio tracker, and a member marketplace. Questions? support@getdropdeck.com .
Information we collect
- Account: your email address and a hashed password. We never store your password in readable form.
- Your activity: watchlists, portfolio holdings you enter (products, buy/sell prices and dates), price targets, and alert preferences.
- Marketplace: listings you post and messages you send to other members.
- Device / notifications: if you use the mobile app and enable push, a device push token so we can send alerts.
- Payment: subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Stripe handles your card details directly — we do not receive or store your full card number. We keep only a Stripe customer/subscription reference and your plan status.
- Usage: basic, privacy-friendly analytics (page views, performance) via Vercel to keep the product working and fast.
How we use it
To provide and improve the service — run your alerts and portfolio, deliver margin/arbitrage data, operate the marketplace, process your subscription, send service and verification emails, prevent abuse, and comply with law.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share only with service providers who help us run DropDeck, under their own terms:
- Stripe — payments and subscription billing.
- Resend — sending alert and verification emails.
- Vercel — hosting, database, and analytics.
- Expo — delivering push notifications to the mobile app.
The marketplace
DropDeck’s marketplace lets members list and message each other about sealed product. DropDeck does not process marketplace payments and is not a party to those transactions — buyers and sellers settle directly. Anything you post (listings, messages) is shared with the members you interact with. Trade at your own risk and verify items before paying.
Your choices
You can view and edit your watchlists, portfolio, and alerts anytime in the app, and turn off push in your device settings. To access, correct, or delete your account and associated data, email support@getdropdeck.com and we’ll take care of it. Some records may be retained as required for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes.
Security & retention
We use industry-standard measures (encryption in transit, hashed passwords, access controls) to protect your data, though no method is perfectly secure. We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.
Children
DropDeck involves financial transactions and is intended for adults (18+). It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy; we’ll revise the “last updated” date above and, for material changes, notify you in-app or by email.
