By using DropDeck (operated by PNL Media), you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.

DropDeck is an informational tool for Pokémon TCG sealed product — margins, arbitrage, alerts, portfolio tracking, and a member marketplace. Prices, margins, and “Flip Scores” are estimates based on third-party data and may be wrong or out of date. Alerts are best-effort and may be delayed or missed. Nothing in DropDeck is financial, investment, or tax advice, and we do not guarantee any profit. Decisions you make are your own.

You’re responsible for your account, keeping your password secure, and the accuracy of information you enter. You must be 18 or older to use DropDeck.

Paid plans (Scout, Pro) are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) and renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the paid period. Trials, if offered, convert to paid unless canceled before they end. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

The marketplace lets members list and message about sealed product. DropDeck is not a party to member transactions, does not process those payments, and does not verify items, sellers, or buyers. Resealed or misrepresented product is a known risk in this hobby — inspect before you pay and transact at your own risk. You’re responsible for your listings, messages, and any deals you make.

Don’t misuse DropDeck: no scraping or reselling our data, no fraud or scams, no illegal goods, no harassment of other members, and no attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.

DropDeck is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PNL Media is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from your reliance on estimates, alerts, or marketplace transactions. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

We may update these Terms; material changes will be noted by the “last updated” date and, where appropriate, in-app or by email. Continued use means you accept the updates.
